LA based fine dining group is looking for an Executive Chef for its location in Thousand Oaks, CA. The Executive Chef is a special position in our group for it involves not only caring out the menu but helping develop specials and seasonal options. Restaurant Executive Chef Requirements:
- Scratch food - Italian experience is a huge plus
- High sales volume with seasonal menu
- Mentoring sous chefs and hourly kitchen staff
- People first mentality
Restaurant Executive Chef Compensation:
- 90-100k base with bonus
