Create and implement control programs for advanced electrical machinery and systems.
Work with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate controls into overall system designs.
Conduct thorough testing and validation to ensure optimal performance of control systems.
Develop, visualize, and refine PLC processes to ensure maximum system efficiency.
Identify faults and perform necessary maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.
Educate internal and external customers on the proper use and maintenance of PLC systems.
Provide top-notch customer service and technical support to both internal and external clients.
Adhere to project timelines and budgets, ensuring successful completion.
Visit customer facilities to install, maintain, and upgrade software and hardware as needed, up to 25%.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in automated controls engineering.
Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming, with experience in Studio 5000, RS Logix 500, SolidWorks, and AutoCAD.
Strong understanding of ladder logic, electrical schematics, and mechanical systems.
Familiarity with Motion and Safety-Over-Ethernet.
