Location: Local to San Diego, CA (2 days onsite, 3 days remote)

Job Description

As a Program Manager III, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing the company's critical programs, ensuring their successful completion on time and within budget. This role involves the scheduling, pricing, and technical performance management of programs, as well as preparing contracts and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and act as an advisor to help navigate projects and tasks to ensure alignment with the company's strategic goals.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of managing complex programs, identifying dependencies, and driving alignment among key stakeholders. In this fast-paced environment, you will need to pivot quickly, balancing attention to detail with strategic thinking to support company growth.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor scheduling, pricing, and performance of company programs.
• Negotiate and prepare contracts, considering financial conditions and contractual requirements.
• Drive new business development and expand the product line.
• Ensure adherence to master plans and schedules while identifying solutions to program problems.
• Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Act as an advisor to the program team regarding project tasks and operations.
• Prepare and present proposals to secure new business opportunities.

Required Experience/Skills

• Strong program/project management skills with experience in complex program planning and execution.
• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work across departments.
• Solid understanding of software development processes, including Agile and CI/CD lifecycles.
• Exceptional ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to see the bigger picture.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

• Experience managing third-party integrations.
