As a Product Owner in the Digital Organization youll be responsible for leading the digital teams supporting the Finance Function.

What youll do


Be responsible and drive the agenda of the Digital Ambition in the Finance Function, including investments and value delivery (e.g. effectiveness & efficiencies).
Responsible for setting, prioritizing, and evaluating the products delivered by the Digital team to ensure impeccable features and functionality of the product.
Responsible for aligning vision with business goals, creating and sharing the product roadmap by clear communication and reducing uncertainty.
Manage the lifecycle of Digital Applications in scope from inception, through launch, enhancements, technical upgrades and ultimately to decommissioning in collaboration with Head of Digitals and Business Process Owners.
Prioritize projects considering stakeholder needs and objectives while balancing scope, budget and time constraints.
Manage the product backlog, be the foreman of the Digital team and contribute to successful product development.
Manage overall project portfolio and budget for the Finance function
Develop and deliver Project Management Plans along with Risk Matrix, Financial Estimation, Resource Management.
Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams and assigned project managers


Your qualifications


Experienced IT professional who can lead global teams and analyze project decisions to align with team goals.
Have a strong understanding of finance business processes and customer-oriented values to oversee the development of products that meet both the business and customer needs.
At least 6-8 years of team leadership experience and ability to convert business vision, requirements and targets into features that can be delivered and result in business impact.
Experience with owning and delivering digital products in an international organization.
Ability to communicate effectively with business stakeholders (e.g., non-Product Manager stakeholders like Security, Architects, Process Owners and software suppliers).
Background that comprises both solid business understanding as well as good understanding of high-quality digital product delivery.
Ability to inspire teams to deliver innovative solutions by creating understanding for the business challenge, defining the desired impact without prescribing the solution.
At least 10 years of experience in E2E cycle implementations as well in support projects.
Advanced SAP Skills in domains such as SAP Finance and Controlling, Project system, Treasury
Preferably experienced in local and global fiscal compliance and tax
