Production Superintendent Wood Industry

Salary $85,000 - $120,000 + Excellent Benefits + Paid Relocation to the Southeast USA.

This national manufacturer is looking for a Superintendent who can lead a team & hit production goals. As the Production Superintendent, you will:
Hire production team members
Responsible for meeting production goals
Have a hands-on approach
Comfortable with safety, supervision, budgets, and lean manufacturing.

Minimum requirements for this Production Superintendent position:
At least 3 years experience as a supervisor in the wood manufacturing
Excellent leadership, organizational, & computer skills
Able to build a team and motivate members.
