Position Title: Project Manager - Peakfx

We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Project Manager.

Job Overview:

As the Project Manager at Peakfx, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of our projects from conception to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing project resources, identifying and mitigating risks, and ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling of projects

- Create and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Identify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them

- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure timely delivery

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather project requirements and develop solutions

- Manage project resources and ensure optimal allocation

- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders

- Communicate project goals, progress, and expectations to team members and stakeholders

- Prepare project documentation and reports as needed

- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment and ensure timely resolution of any conflicts

- Continuously identify areas for improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management processes

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management or a related field

- High school diploma or equivalent a degree in communications, business, or a related field is preferred

- Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time

- Previous experience in online Project Manager or a similar role is a plus.

- Excellent written communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities

- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

- Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite

- PMP certification is a plus
