13 week Hospice RN Contract-Start ASAP

On Call Hospice RN. Hospice experience and HCHB experience required.

**Must have at least 12 months of hospice experience within the past 3 years.

Area of coverage is Gallup/Grants

7 days on / 7 days off. Guaranteed 40 hours per week

Monday - Thursday 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM, Friday - Monday, 5:00 PM - 8:00 AM.

$2050-2150/wk guaranteed plus $.42 mile patient travel
