13 week Hospice RN Contract-Start ASAP

$2300-2400/wk guaranteed plus $.42 mile patient travel

RN Hospice Case Manager

**Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.

HCHB experience required.

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM. Weekend rotation (one weekend day every 5th or 6th weekend)

Territory: Northeast part of Red - Cuyahoga Falls, Stow, Ravenna and surrounding areas.
