Hospice RN Case Manager
**Must have at least 12 months of hospice in home settings experience within the past 3 years.
HCHB experience required.
Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week. No weekends, but there would be a need for back-up on call.
Area of coverage is Bedford/Nashua/Manchester area

$2100-$2200 wk salary guaranteed plus $.42 mile for patient travel
