Lead and advise management on Application Development matters. Coordinate complex, specific application solutions between internal Agile teams and Enterprise IT Architecture. Align complex business problems in healthcare and advanced design and coding techniques to create scalable applications to meet long term growth and strategic organization goals. Research and evaluate cost alternative solutions, compile documentation of program development, and analyze system capabilities to resolve questions of program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and controls. Ensure maintainable, test-driven code can be corrected and adapted. Recommend technical strategies for delivery timeframes. Assist in the execution of software development methodology and ensure development teams work meets business demands. Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning. Position requires a bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related and five (5) years of experience in software development, or a masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Information Systems, or related and two (2) years of experience in software development. Must have experience with .NET, C#, SQL Server, Oracle, Apache Spark, GitHub, AWS Cloud, Openshift, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Jenkins, UDeploy, Scaled Agile (SAFe) Framework, sprint planning, and experience in healthcare claims and benefits domains.
