Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join their team. This position involves engaging in all stages of cake and baked goods preparation. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a creative flair, and a love for baking that matches our dedication to quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Mixing ingredients to create unique batters, doughs, and icings.
Piping and shaping cakes and pastries with precision.
Baking a variety of goods to perfection.
Applying glazes, icings, and decorations to enhance the appearance and flavor.
Packaging finished products for sale or delivery in a presentable manner.
Maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
Requirements:

Proven experience in baking and cake decorating is preferred.
A good understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work early morning shifts, starting at 7:00 am.
Willingness to learn and adapt to the bakery's recipes and techniques.
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Work Hours:

The position is full-time, with work hours from 7:00 am to approximately 4:30 pm. Please note that end times may vary depending on the season and daily workload.
Compensation:

The starting pay rate is $18.00/hour, with the opportunity to increase to $19.00/hour after 3 months of employment.
