*** Analyze product line of business results including loss ratio data, production, new business quality distributions, retention, comparative raters, and competitive data.

*** Utilize market research data to identify, analyze, and evaluate potential markets, products, or services.

*** Prepare production, profitability, and quality reports by state and program to present to leadership with special attention to loss ratio, trends, new business production, and retention.

*** Recommend actions needed for Personal Property Lines book to maximize profit and growth, such as rate needs, underwriting guidelines, agency management, and competitive data.

*** Contribute to development and execution of strategic plans for entry into new markets, or introduction of new products and services.

*** Coordinate implementation of rate and coverage changes with stakeholders.

*** Communicate product or rate changes to the Business Analyst area for comparative rater review.

*** Complete research for state action plans and coordinated sales implementation.

*** Assist in training Underwriting, Customer Service Center, and Sales staff on product initiatives and changes.

*** Work on agency communication and training plans for product initiatives, including development of associated documents.

*** Research and evaluate effectiveness of new and existing vendor products for maximization of cost.
