The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of designing, implementing, and optimizing data solutions using Snowflake in a cloud environment. Additionally, experience with Angular and Python is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data architectures using Snowflake on cloud platforms. Collaborate with data architects, engineers, and stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure optimal data models. Optimize and fine-tune Snowflake databases to improve performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency. Integrate Snowflake with various data sources, ETL processes, and third-party applications. Develop, implement, and maintain data pipelines, ensuring seamless data flow and integrity. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in data security and governance. Utilize Angular to build front-end applications and Python for backend development when necessary. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, QA, and business analysts, to deliver high-quality data solutions. Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers and team members. Qualifications: Minimum 4-5 years of experience as a Snowflake Developer or in a similar role within the financial services industry. Extensive experience with Snowflake and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration techniques. Proficiency in SQL and performance tuning. Experience with Angular for front-end development and Python for scripting and automation. Familiarity with financial data and regulatory requirements within the financial services sector. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with a focus on delivering quality results. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems. Knowledge of machine learning concepts and experience integrating ML models within Snowflake. Certification in Snowflake or cloud platforms is a plus.
