Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM




Position Summary:


We are seeking an experienced and revenue-driven **Plumbing Service Manager** to lead and grow our plumbing services team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of plumbing experience, be proficient in ServiceTitan, and possess strong management and leadership skills. Candidates familiar with Nexstar are highly preferred. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing a team of technicians, and driving revenue through effective training, coaching, and performance management.




Key Responsibilities:


- Oversee the daily operations of the plumbing service department.


- Ensure efficient use of ServiceTitan to manage workflows, scheduling, and job tracking.


- Train, coach, and mentor a team of plumbers to improve service delivery and performance.


- Drive revenue by setting performance goals, monitoring key metrics, and optimizing service calls.


- Lead by example to foster a positive, high-performing work environment.


- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure quality service is delivered consistently.


- Implement and oversee safety protocols and ensure compliance with company and industry standards.


- Monitor inventory, tools, and equipment to ensure readiness and efficient operations.


- Collaborate with leadership to develop and execute strategic growth plans.




Qualifications:


- Minimum of 7 years of hands-on plumbing experience.


- Proficient in ServiceTitan software.


- Strong knowledge of Nexstar business practices (preferred).


- Proven management experience with the ability to train, coach, and develop team members.


- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.


- Ability to drive revenue growth and manage operational costs effectively.


- Valid plumbing license and certifications (if applicable, not required).
