Responsibilities: Provide administrative assistance to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing documents. Handle inbound and outbound communications with customers, including answering inquiries, processing orders, and providing product information. Maintain organized records of sales activities and customer interactions. Update the customer database with accurate and current information. Follow up with customers regarding order status and feedback. Coordinate sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts. Generate sales reports and assist in analyzing sales data. Assist with marketing campaigns and promotional materials as needed. Work closely with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and operations.
