We are continuing to grow our team of over 100 employees, and are currently looking for a Lead Construction Foreman to join our team. If you are some with experience in the construction industry, and are looking to grow within a company to higher levels - then we want to hear from you! 

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Day-to-day communication with project managers, all trades on site, and supervisors
• Read and interpret blue prints and drawings
• Perform carpentry, including: framing, finishing carpentry, concrete foundations, and exterior cladding.
• Installation of windows and doors
• Perform duties in all things residential and commercial construction 

Qualifications:

• Journeyman Carpentry certificate (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years experience in the construction industry
• Strong communication skills
• Strong leadership & problem-solving skills
• Valid driver's license
