Job requirements

Education:
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience:
2 years to less than 3 years

Specific Skills:

• Establish work schedules and procedures for parts department
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or divisions.
• Prepare and submit part divisional report
• Oversee the daily operations of parts unit.
• Maintain accurate records of parts inventory
• Tracking, developing and maintaining processes for ensuring accurate parts inventory management.
• Ensure smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery
• Arrange for maintenance and repair work
• Resolve work related problems
• Ensure that the parts department meets the quality and safety standards of Organization and Industry
• Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
• Monitor budget for part department
• Report any malfunctions to upper management
