Position: SAP & Tosca Strategic Test Lead (Director) Location: Omaha, NE- Locals or nearby Duration: 18+ MONTHS Prefer USC and GC Holder Must have broad test leadership experience and must have interacted with C suite 1. Deep SAP Knowledge Comprehensive Understanding of SAP Modules: Familiarity with various SAP modules (e.g., FI/CO, SD, MM, HR) and their interdependencies is crucial. Comprehensive Understanding of Tricentis Tosca: Familiarity with Tosca test script automation and defining data strategies for automated testing Technical Expertise: Knowledge of SAP testing tools (e.g., SAP Solution Manager, Test Automation tools like HP UFT, Tricentis Tosca) and methodologies. Process Knowledge: Strong understanding of business processes and how they are mapped in SAP. 2. Strategic Thinking Visionary Approach: Ability to align SAP testing strategies with the organization's overall goals and future direction. Risk Management: Skilled in identifying potential risks in SAP implementations and crafting strategies to mitigate them. Long-term Planning: Focuses on building sustainable testing practices that support ongoing SAP maintenance and upgrades. 3. Leadership and Team Management Team Building: Ability to assemble and nurture a high-performing SAP testing team, often composed of both technical and business experts. Mentorship: Supports team members' growth through coaching, skill development, and knowledge sharing. Cross-functional Collaboration: Works effectively with other departments (e.g., IT, business units) to ensure that testing efforts are comprehensive and aligned with organizational needs. 4. Stakeholder Management Communication Skills: Communicates complex testing concepts clearly and effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
