• Start Date: ASAP, with ongoing coverage needed
• Practice Setting: Outpatient, Operating Room, Inpatient, Clinic, Rounds
• Facility Designation: Level 1 Trauma Center
• Documentation System/EMR: EPIC
• Credentialing Timeframe: Estimated minimum of 60 days
