The incumbent shall create pipeline list, set-up new accounts, maintain existing clients and supervises the regions Customer Support & Help Desk. For this purpose, Incumbent shall be assigned to the particular Freeport or Economic Zone to perform the work detailed below:

Research and resolve client requests for assistance or trouble shooting in the use of the VASP applications and refer

more complex & unresolved problems to E-Konek Helpdesk and/or senior technical staff;

Answer satisfactorily clients or prospective clients inquiries regarding operations of the VASP from Marketing to

Billing/Collection matters;

Monitor problems from client calls and by maintaining trouble logs or Issues through the DNA System.

Conducts and supervises hands-on initial and refresher trainings for customer users including procedures involved whenever needed, as in change of busine
