Job description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining our flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality printed materials. This role requires attention to detail, technical expertise, and a commitment to meeting production deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce quality printed materials.
2.Monitor press operations and make necessary adjustments to maintain print quality.
3.Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of the presses.
4.Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and specifications.
5.Maintain a clean and organized work area.
6.Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
7.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years experience operating flexographic presses.
-Strong understanding of flexographic printing processes and materials.
-Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic maintenance on printing equipment.
-Excellent attention to detail and quality control.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong organizational and time management skills.
-Flexibility to work different shifts as needed.
