Responsibilities: Administer SharePoint Online site collections, including site creation, management, permissions configuration, and customization
Design, developing, and deploying solutions using Power Apps to automate business processes and enhance user productivity
Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand agency capabilities and streamline operations using Microsoft 365
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and user-friendly applications
Conduct testing and debugging to ensure high-quality deliverables and provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed applications
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or IT related field or equivalent work experience
Skill 3-5 years of experience in developing and administering SharePoint and Power Platform environments Strong foundational knowledge of Office 365 platform including Microsoft Power Platform, and Azure AD Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain technologies, technical and business concepts to multiple audience Experience in administration and development of reports on Power BI Experience designing and implementing Power Automate flows A high attention to detail, self-starter, results driven, and ability to follow through on details is essential Administer and configure SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and associated permissions Bachelors degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience Knowledge of user-centered design practices Experience with the Agile development process Microsoft Power Platform Certification
