Gather and evaluate technical requirements in collaboration with product managers (PM) and engineer. Understand PM and engineer shared user flow and create flow chat. Design logical layout of elements needed for service configuration with reasonable categorization. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like. Create original graphic designs (e.g., images, sketches, texts and tables). Prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback. Work closely with researchers, designers, writers, and engineers to design user-focused applications. Produce high-quality creative solutions to complex problems based on research and goals. Create clear user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for user interfaces. Plan and lead design sessions to generate ideas or feedback both remote and in-person. Work from and contribute to product style guide. Partner with UX researchers to write, facilitate, and analyze user research. Advocate for the user in projects. Work at both a detailed level and a strategic level. Leads the development of product user experience (UX) strategy; Researches, identifies and works directly with auto industry customers and consumers, using stakeholder interviews, competitive audits (business and UX) and user research, to understand their goals and translates user needs into digital products and applications. Keeps abreast of industry developments and new technologies; designs and evaluates visual human interfaces utilizing user-centered design principles. Develops UX related documentation; Uses business requirements and market research to develop scenarios, use cases, user profiles, site maps, application workflow /paths, mental models and interactive wireframes; Develops conceptual diagrams, wireframes, workflows, click-through, and prototypes to define the information architecture and flow of applications and experiences. Work closely with product managers, engineers and other team members to identify and plan project requirements and conceptualize ideas. Collaborate with our marketing team to ensure the delivery of a brand nurturing design experience.



Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Web Design, Computer Science, Design, or in a related field and 24 months of experience in job offered or as a Designer, Programmer, Developer or in a related occupation.
