IT Solution Specialist, Celestica LLC, Portland, OR:

Work with IT teams to develop and deliver IT solutions. Gather and document business requirements. Trouble program and system malfunctions to restore normal functioning. Train end users to work with computer systems and programs. Analyze data processing to develop and implement solutions to applications problems, system administration issues, and network concerns. Integrate computer systems within the organization to increase compatibility so information can be shared. Expand or modify systems to serve new purposes or improve workflow. Review computer system capabilities and schedule limitations. Analyze or recommend commercially available software.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate related work experience.

Must have 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Shop Floor Control and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) applications;
• Supporting manufacturing businesses;
• Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts and practices;
• Application-to-application and business-to-business integration;
• Coding utilizing SQL and Visual Basic((link removed));
• Interrelations between IT components, including software, operating systems, databases, networks, and servers; and
• Electronic manufacturing environments.

Domestic travel required up to 15%.
