$19.25/hr

Full-time position, 40 hours per week, schedule varies

Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, Receive ACRE or CESP certification within 60 days of hire

Support people with disabilities as they enter the workforce, working with them to maintain competitive integrated employment, learn job tasks and adjust to their new role

Gauge challenges and develop strategies to overcome

Facilitate trainings for tasks specific to the individual’s job

Collaborate and liaise with employers to provide a positive work environment

Be an advocate; maintain accurate and thorough documentation

Must possess a valid driver’s license and at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria

Basic computer skills required

Education requirements:

A high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of experience working with adults with disabilities in employment settings, OR

A bachelor’s degree in psychology, disability services, social services, business, education, or other related field
