Roles and Responsibilty Oversee our customer service team Collaborate with the sales team to develop efficient methods for handling customer queries and/or issues Set customer satisfaction goals and work with the team to meet them on a consistent basis Interact with customers on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the appropriate service Manage and groom team members Interact with team on a daily basis, responding to their questions and guiding them to the provide appropriate service to customers Monitor the customer satisfaction levels and develop methods for increasing them
Job Expectations 95% Customer Retention Timely Reporting Closure success of 70-80 % Grooming the team members Generate 25% new business from the existing base of customers Occasionally visiting customers
