Overview:

The Pick Packer at WWAKE plays a pivotal role during our busiest sales seasons, expertly overseeing the picking and packing processes for both retail and wholesale orders. This position is essential for maintaining the exemplary standards of order fulfillment that define WWAKE's luxury jewelry, with a sharp focus on both precision and efficiency in handling our products.

Key Responsibilities:

Execute picking and packing processes accurately during peak sales seasons and for wholesale orders.
Ensure precise fulfillment of orders by following detailed packing lists and maintaining high-quality standards.
Keep the packing area organized and clean to ensure efficient operations and minimize errors.
Collaborate with the inventory team to monitor stock levels and assist in managing inventory to guarantee product availability for packing.
Manage the inventory of packaging materials to ensure sufficient supplies are maintained to meet operational demands.
Qualifications:

Must possess strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate and contribute effectively within a team environment.
Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Prior experience in logistics or warehouse roles, specifically in picking and packing.
Ability to perform efficiently and meticulously in a fast-paced environment.
Physically capable of lifting heavy objects.
Contract Details:

Duration: 5-week contract, from September 2 to October 4.
Schedule: 5 days a week.
Hours:
Week 1 (September 3 - September 6): 10 AM to 3 PM (5 hours/day).
Week 2-5 (September 9 - October 4): 10 AM to 6 PM (8 hours/day).
Maximum Hours for Contract: 185 hours.
Potential for Renewal: Opportunities for contract renewal are available in October, November, and December.
Compensation:

Hourly rate of $18 to $21, depending on experience and qualifications. No additional compensation or benefits are provided.
