We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Real Estate Agent to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Dubai property market. This role involves assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties, while providing exceptional service and expertise throughout the transaction process.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties.
Provide expert advice and market analysis to clients regarding property values, market conditions, and investment opportunities.
Develop and maintain a strong network of clients, property owners, and industry professionals.
Conduct property viewings, open houses, and market assessments.
Prepare and present property listings, promotional materials, and market reports.
Negotiate offers and contracts on behalf of clients to achieve favorable terms.
Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate laws, regulations, and company policies.
Stay updated on market trends, property values, and competitive landscape in Dubai.
Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote properties and enhance visibility.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Valid Real Estate License in Dubai (or the ability to obtain one).
Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or in a similar sales role.
In-depth knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and current trends.
Strong negotiation and sales skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate management software.
Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in luxury real estate or commercial properties.
Established network of clients and industry contacts in Dubai.
Proven track record of successful property transactions.
