A healthcare practice in Maryland is looking for a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner to join their team! This opportunity has a low patient volume, weekly pay, and no call requirements.
About the Practice:
Outpatient primary care office
Patient population includes employees, spouses, and dependents (3+ patients per day)
Support staff includes 2 Medical Assistants (MAs)
Charting System: Athena
Schedule:
Mon & Wed: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Tue & Thurs: 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Fri: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No call required
Cases and Procedures:
Traditional outpatient primary care including acute illness (cough, cold, flu, UTIs), chronic disease management (Diabetes, hypertension, asthma), preventative care, and pre-employment/annual physicals
Procedures are limited and very basic, such as occasional suturing
Job Requirements:
Maryland state medical license
Minimum 24 months of experience as a Family Practice Nurse Practitioner
