Catering Equipment Manager Location: US-MI-Hamburg Jobcode: r6d6b5 Email Job

Catering Equipment Manager for fast-paced, high-end catering operation. Full or part-time considered.
Primary Focus: Equipment pulling and on-site management of events, as needed.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Create equipment checklists and pull equipment needed for events * Inventory and maintenance of all off-site catering equipment * Includes: ASSIST in vehicle cleanliness/gas * Monitor and minor repair of smallwares equipment * Determine weekly plastic/paper needs with co-owner * Determine weekly linen needs with co-owner * Supervise/work off-site catering events, as needed
Must have the ability to: * Drive and operate a full-size van and possess a current driver's license * Must be able to lift, load, and unload heavy equipment into vehicles; NO lifting restrictions * Flexible schedule - includes some weekends and evenings
EXPERIENCE IN CATERING/FOOD SERVICE IS DESIRABLE

1 year preferred but no experience will be considered.
Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday Weekend availability
