External Fibre Sales Associate

Role Overview:
The External Fibre Sales Associate is responsible for actively reaching out to potential customers in assigned communities to promote and sell our fibre internet services. This position involves engaging directly with residents through door-to-door sales, requiring effective communication and a customer-oriented approach. The Sales Associate will report to a team leader and play a key role in growing our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Sales: Approach residents in designated communities to promote and sell fibre internet services, clearly explaining the benefits and features of our offerings.

Walking Routes: Adhere to assigned walking routes to ensure broad coverage and reach potential customers within the community.

Educational Outreach: Inform potential customers about the advantages of our fibre internet services and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Feedback Reporting: After each shift, provide detailed feedback and insights, including customer interactions, concerns, and market trends.

Working Hours: Work from 15:00 to 19:00 Monday through Friday and from 08:00 to 12:00 on Saturdays.

Sales Reporting: Accurately record and upload sales data into client and internal systems for tracking and reporting.

Customer Relationship Building: Develop positive relationships with potential customers and leave a favorable impression of the company.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
Ability to walk for extended periods and follow designated routes
Experience in sales or customer service is advantageous
Dependable and punctual
Reporting Structure:
The External Fibre Sales Associate will report to a Team Leader who will offer guidance, support, and performance feedback.
