Job Duties:
Collect and document user requirements to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Apply expertise in big data analysis and machine learning/AI to conduct comprehensive analysis in the competitive landscape of drug discovery programs.
Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects.
Design, construct, modify, integrate, implement, and test data models and database management systems.
Develop and maintain data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large volumes of market data.
Ensure data integrity and security by implementing best practices in data management.
Utilize machine learning techniques to build models that predict market trends and provide insights into market dynamics.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats in the biotech industry.
Present findings and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Provide advice to other informatics professionals regarding the selection, application, and implementation of database management tools.
May lead, coordinate, or supervise other workers in the team.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in data engineering, machine learning, and biotech market trends.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of data modeling, analysis, design, and management experience.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to stay updated with industry advancements.
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
Experience in the biotech or healthcare industry is a plus but not required.
