Join a reputable healthcare facility dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and advancing respiratory health. We are currently seeking two skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) or Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) to join our dynamic team in North Adams, MA and Pittsfield, MA

Responsibilities:

Administer advanced respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
Assess and evaluate patients' respiratory status, crafting personalized care plans.
Conduct diagnostic tests including arterial blood gas analysis and pulmonary function tests.
Manage ventilator settings for patients requiring mechanical ventilation.
Provide education to patients and families on respiratory care techniques and equipment use.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and calibrate respiratory therapy equipment for optimal performance.
Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare team members to coordinate patient care.
Respond to emergencies with advanced respiratory support and life-saving measures.
Document patient treatments, responses, and progress in electronic medical records.
Adhere to stringent safety protocols and infection control standards.

Skills:

Experience: Six months of Staff Therapist experience preferred, but not required.
Education & Training: Graduation from an AMA-approved Respiratory Therapy program at the Registry level.
Licenses & Certifications: MA Respiratory Therapist License (MARTL), NBRC-RRT Certification, and CPR Certification required.
Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, effective problem-solving abilities, and a team-oriented mindset.
