Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skills: Service Desk Voice Support, Service Desk Management - Solid understanding of IT operations and support processes. - Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
