Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing clients with service desk voice support, utilizing deep product knowledge to resolve issues.
- Managing service desk operations and ensuring high system performance while effectively communicating with clients.
- Interpreting and formulating resolutions for client issues, leveraging strong communication skills and product expertise.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Required Skills: Service Desk Voice Support, Service Desk Management
- Solid understanding of IT operations and support processes.
- Experience with incident management and problem management processes. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Additional Information:
- Ideal candidates should possess 0-2 years of experience in Service Desk Management.
- A strong educational background in Information Technology Operations, Computer Science, or related fields is preferred.
