Shift Details:

7PM to 7AM, rotating weekends, ensuring our patients have round-the-clock care.
What You Will Do:

Lead the processes of assessment, reassessment, establishment of nursing diagnoses, formulation of care plans, and implementation and evaluation of patient care.
Initiate and conduct healthcare training and education for clients and their families.
Play a pivotal role in supporting and fostering the goals of Andalusia Health and the Department of Nursing.
Provide leadership and direction to other nursing team members to maintain the highest standards of nursing care.
Supervise a team of both licensed and non-licensed nursing personnel across assigned units.
Ensure flexibility in scheduling and maintain the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, to ensure continuous care and appropriate nursing coverage.

Who We Are Looking For:

A professional with an Associates degree in Nursing.
A current Alabama Registered Nurse license holder.
Someone proficient in nursing care, well-versed in the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) are required within the specified timeframes.
