Position responsibilities:
•Answer phones, take messages, and handle incoming calls appropriately.
•Respond to customer e-mails, telephone calls, messages, and other correspondence.
•Ensure that customer queries are handled promptly and in a friendly manner.
•Ensure smooth operation of office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs.
•Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and meetings for members of a team.
•Keep track of invoices, reports, and correspondence to keep them in order.
•Maintain an inventory of office supplies and order them as needed.
•Manage all administrative tasks by organizing and prioritizing them.

Position requirements:
•Completion of Secondary school.
•Completion of college or other program for administrative assistants/secretaries or a Minimum of 1 year of clerical experience is required.
•Strong communication, and attention to detail.
•Ability to work in a team environment.
