Administration of Salesforce (SFDC) environments (Prod, QA, Staging) as well as installed applications; works directly with the business and technology teams to fulfill service, support, and initiative related requests related to Sales and Service, and Revenue cloud maintenance and optimization; interfaces with departments to support needs in order to promote efficient and effective utilization of Salesforce; Administration functions include but are not limited to user management, configuration, customization, (link removed) and visual force development, report and dashboard development, data management, case management, training, and support for AppExchange applications; fields SFDC and installed application requests coming from the business, product and/or Enterprise Technology teams and triages to development/other teams; captures business requirements to achieve business objectives for service requests and enhancements and translates requirements into SFDC design specifications; works with Business Systems Analysts to capture requirements and create design documentation; implements SFDC administrative related tasks (including adding users, roles/profile setup, refreshes, config/setup changes, process builder, installing applications, workflows, validation rules, etc.) based on priority and urgency; deploys maintenance and initiative releases; follows SDLC processes to propagate/test changes from lower environments to PROD; identifies opportunities to streamline and enhance SFDC environments, remove technical debt, and monitor org limits (with respect to storage, custom fields, etc.); stays current with SFDC releases and new features; assists the Sr. and Lead Administrators and Architect teams on the SFDC changes to ensure no redundant requests are implemented and changes are maintainable and scalable; implements changes to re-architect SFDC environment from a business system process and administration perspective; troubleshoots SFDC and installed application related problems and provides support to end users; works with vendors (SFDC, Zuora, etc) to resolve issues.

Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering. Must have two (2) years of experience in the job offered or as a Developer.

Two (2) years of experience (inclusive of experience required heretofore) must have included the following:
1) Salesforce Administration; and
2) Sales and Service Cloud
