Interim Manager need for MS Unit at Clovis Community. Oversee MS-Acute Care Inpatient is accountable for the direction, supervision and evaluation of patient care performed by nursing personnel within their assigned service setting in accordance with established goals. Responsible for unit operation, scheduling, position control, staffing and coordination of the quality improvement process. Applies advanced, broad-based knowledge of nursing practice and theory as well as advanced knowledge of techniques of supervision, management and leadership as applied to specific nursing responsibilities.

Qualifications:

Education

• Graduate of approved nursing program required

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred

Experience

• Consistent demonstration of Novice / Advance Beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required

Licenses and Certifications

• RN - Current State of California Registered Nurse license required

• BLS - Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by American Heart Association (AHA) required
