Job Description:

• Prepare and work on functional objectives and goals for the human resource team, aligned with our Organizational goals and strategies
• Review the progress of team, tasks and strategies regularly, make necessary modifications for an effective implementation and desired results.
• Research, develop and implement such HR policies and organizational strategies that boost and improve the work environment for employees. Also develop the strategies for attract and retain knowledgeable and skillful candidates
• Create most efficient employee benefits and compensation plans
• Analyse the performance metrics of a recruitment drive and provide insights and suggestions to improve the HR recruitment process
• Collaborate with HR team and other functional heads and make plans the employee career progression, training and skill developments.
• Analyse HR statistics and metrics like employee performance, turnover, retention, and cost per hire rate.
• Work and define the budget for HR programs
• Maintain the law and assure that the processes comply with all statutory norms.
• Liaison with various statutory bodies and obtain all certifications and permissions to run the business smoothly.
• Create and maintain warmth with employee forums and trade unions for a win-win situation in factory.
• Conduct programs and campaigns for total employee involvement in the business.
• Manage the labour issues like code of conduct, ethics, employee retention, and policy adherence
• Prepare and maintain all documentation required for.
• Ensure the policies and measures for establishing the workspace safety.
