Job Title:Senior Manager/ AVP Credit Operations

Experience: 5+ years in SME/Corporate credit roles across fin-techs, NBFCs or banks

Role:

Sr. Manager/AVP, Credit Operations will work directly with Head, Tech and Operations and own following activities:

Setup and implementation of SOPs

Managing post sanction and Onboarding operations and ensuring compliance

Managing disbursement operations and documentation

Coordination with portfolio companies for disbursements, compliance

Collections monitoring and recon

Owning quality check process of specified tasks as per stated SOPs

Effective cross functional communication on issues with respective teams

Daily MIS Reporting & ensuring the data is flowing properly across different

stakeholders

Managing and mentoring a team of Credit and Finance Operations executives

Candidate Profile:

Education: Post Graduation preferred

Should have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience; preferably from NBFC background

Team Management experience is a must

Hands-on experience on Advance Excel

Skills/Education:

MBA/Post-Graduate with experience in credit operations

Ability to work independently and towards deadlines

Effective oral and written communication skills
