Job Summary: The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our services, enhance our brand awareness, and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase brand visibility and customer acquisition.
o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
o Analyze market data and adjust marketing strategies as needed.
2. Content Creation:
o Create and manage marketing content across various platforms including social media, website, and email campaigns.
o Design promotional materials and advertisements.
3. Campaign Management:
o Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, print advertising, and events.
o Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, making recommendations for improvement.
4. Relationship Building:
o Develop and maintain relationships with partners, suppliers, and media outlets.
o Coordinate and manage partnerships and sponsorships.
5. Regulatory Compliance:
o Ensure all marketing activities comply with industry regulations and company policies.

Requirements/Qualifications:
Education:
o MSc in Marketing, Public Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
o Extensive, not less than 5 years of experience in marketing and promotion, preferably in a similar industry.
o Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing marketing strategies.
o Experience in negotiating and managing contracts.
o Experience in sales of products or services.
o Strong background in relationship management and market analysis.
Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools.
o Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment.

Languages:
o Professional proficiency in English.
o Any additional language proficiency is an asset.

Certifications:
Relevant marketing certifications are a plus.

Other Knowledge:
Familiarity with plumbing, heating and energy markets and regulatory affairs is advantageous but not required.
