We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing high-quality patient care and will work collaboratively with our physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history, physical examinations, and diagnostic tests.
Formulate and implement appropriate treatment plans in collaboration with supervising physicians.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as laboratory tests, imaging studies, and electrocardiograms.
Perform procedures, such as suturing, wound care, and injections, as needed.
Provide patient education on preventive care, treatment options, and medication management.
Document patient encounters accurately and in a timely manner in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to coordinate patient care and ensure continuity of care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education activities to maintain clinical competency.

Qualifications/Requirements:
Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
State licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
Minimum 1 year of experience working as a Physician Assistant,
Strong clinical and diagnostic skills, with the ability to assess and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care and promoting health equity.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other relevant software applications.

Work Environment:
Settings: Hospital, inpatient, nursing home.
Standard Shift: Day shift, Monday to Friday, rotating weekends.
Work Location: Multiple locations within the Tri-Cities and surrounding areas.
