Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified public accountant to join the team as a senior accountant and finance head. As a senior accountant, you will play a crucial role in overseeing our financial activities and ensuring compliance with accounting principles and regulations. Must have experience working with US Accounting Companies and experience with public accounting firms like Deloitte, EY, Toa Global, etc

Responsibilities:

-Manage tax payments

-Prepare budget forecasts

-Comply with financial policies and regulations

-Documenting financial transactions

-Monitor and report on accounting discrepancies

-Computing taxes

-Maintaining accurate financial records

-Manage accounting assistants and bookkeepers

-Prepare balance sheets, income statements and cash flow statements.

-Reconcile accounts

-Reconcile bank statements

-Financial audits

-Financial forecasting

-Manage all accounting transactions

-Participate in payroll audits

-Analyzing business plans

-Analyze trends

-Apply accounting principles

-Create financial forecasts

-Familiarity with internal controls

-Financial commitments

-Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office

-Organize and maintain financial records

-Organize internal audits

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is a MUST.

3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.

4. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations (GAAP).

5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

6. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

8. Attention to detail and accuracy in work.

9. Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php70,000.00 - Php120,000.00 per month
