Position: Mandarin IT Client Support Specialist
Company Industry: BPO Company
Work Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 100,000
Work Schedule: Shifting Schedule
Work Setup: Hybrid Set-up (3 Days Office, 2 Days Work from Home)

BENEFITS:

REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
Proficient in Mandarin and English Language.
Preferably Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related courses
Experience working with B2B Customer Teams
Experience as a Mandarin Translator / Interpreter
Experience as a Mandarin Customer Service
Computer literate and must be able to use a bilingual keyboard
Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office programs
Knowledge in any Programming Languages (HTML, CSS, and Javascript as well as C#, JS, SQL, C++, Java, PHP, and Python.) is a big advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
Provide day-to-day global service and support to both internal and external clients through the processing of IT requests and the provision of IT support via Email/Skype or other communication tools.
Translate web-based programs and applications created by the web design team into both languages to cover both Chinese dialects.
Translate instructional materials to be used by clients.
Maintain client confidence by keeping their information confidential
Perform other related tasks needed
