KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continuously acquire new accounts from different industries and different market segments.
Compliance on Key Performance Indices, passing score (to be defined by manager).
Meet and exceed sales targets by achieving maximum revenue.
Make regular face to face calls to key decision makers / contact persons to ensure that probing potential business, revenue analysis and product presentations are conducted to a vast number of prospects.
Identify potential growth areas of accounts handled.
Communicate and prepare written reports and proposals.
Secure contracted total logistics services for clients.
Respond to sales leads from couriers, customer service and marketing personnel next day after lead is forwarded and provide feedback to sales lead source.
Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
Keep abreast with competitors sales strategies, rates and promotions.
Maintain utmost care on business information.
Compliance with the Mandatory 40 hours training per year.
Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in customer relationship management (CRM) system.
