Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr Executive - MIS to join our team at Smaaash Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. As a Sr Executive - MIS, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing data to drive business insights and support decision-making processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools, and experience in data compilation and visualization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics)
• 4-6 years of experience in MIS or data analysis role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, formulas, and pivot tables
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, including PowerPoint and Word
• Experience in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Familiarity with programming languages, such as VBA, for data manipulation and automation
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to generate actionable insights
• Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations using data analysis software
• Develop and implement efficient processes for data collection, validation, and analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data audits
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making
• Present findings and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data analysis techniques
• Provide training and support to junior team members on data analysis tools and methodologies
