Roles and Responsibility

Pre-Production:

• Communicating effectively with the buyer for order closure, style, colorways, SKU width and depth, and price range
• Following up for samples and toppers for timely approval
• Calculating fabric and trim consumption for BOM creation and in-housing it on time
• Following up with Fabric Stock & Ordering Before Time
• Providing value-added services such as printing, embroidery, washing, applique and CMTPE
• nsuring timely sample submissions, within specified measurements and quality parameters, approvals, and sign-offs with the buyer sendingg one approve Sample to Shoot Dept.
• Preparing PI and correct relevant data to PE for purchase orders on time for

or Production:

• Following up on running orders for timely deliveries
• Ensuring in-housing of fabric, accessories, and trims
• Obtaining approvals on lab dipsTracking of Eway bill
• Resolving GRC vs PO issues on time.Anticipating issues/delays and escalating to MM/Buyer with creative solutions to avoid/minimize them @ realtime
• Updating delay/cancellation reasons and managing order changes @ realtime

Post Production:

• Maintaining accounting claim records and working on payment with vendors
• Reordering and replenishment of fast movers and IMS requirements tracking keeping goods in yellow & green only.
• Being Updated about fast & Slow movers
• Give solutions to increase the sell-through of Slow movers
• Being updated about customer needs
• Regularly turning around window displays with changing seasons and promotions. Priority for displaying fresh goods on hangers and reshuffling of products every 15 days in proper aesthetic of USP according to fabric/category & brand wise on decided blocks.
• Ensuring that all fashion clothing, accessories, and other products are presented properly
• Ensuring that the price and hang tag are properly visible on clothes
• Monitoring customer feedback in-store
• Being updated of Sell through Item wise

• Maintaining data or TnATaking Approvals for Intend of purchase (fabric/articles) from merchants in written via relevant merchant
• Supporting warehouse / Logistics of goods from the supplier side if needed and Inward
• Validating Fabrics colors, textures, and styles beforehand seasonal planning
• Arrangement Of Photoshoot and maintaining the item code wise Photo library.
• Taking approvals for Intend of purchases (fabric/articles) from merchants in writing via relevant merchant
• Create PO through authorized intendIssue PO & Barcodes
• Supporting warehouse / Logistics of goods from the supplier side if needed and InwardSupporting GRC and PRC
