The candidate interviewing must be the same individual who will be assigned to work with our client. Requirements: Availability to work 100% at the Clients site in Golden, CO (required); Business Analyst experience (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred); Experience working in education (3+ years); Experience leading education-focused research and assessment (3+ years required; 5+ years preferred); Experience in Survey Design & Product Development; Experience in technical writing; Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) in Information Systems, Information Technology, Business, Engineering, or a related field.Preferred: Public school system experience (5+ years); Professional certification in education (ex: teaching license); Professional certification in Business Analysis or CAPM accreditation; Masters Degree (or equivalent) in education, social sciences, or a related fieldResponsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Document requirements, business process and data flows through multiple IT systems; Support the migration of a legacy data warehouse into an enterprise data warehouse; Work initially with stakeholders from multiple departments to document current-state business process that are used to produce key reports, and map the associated data flows; Be responsible to 1) proactively identify project risks, 2) resolve those risks within your span of control, and 3) clearly escalate project risks outside your span of control in a timely manner.
