**Sales Executive**

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, and superb interpersonal skills. They should also be ambitious, organized, and possess strong negotiation skills.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business development.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close sales while achieving sales targets.
- Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
- Stay current with trends and competitors to identify improvements or recommend changes in sales strategies.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working with targets.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
