Locksmith Supervisor opportunity with Fast Locksmith & Garage Doors Ltd.

Job Location: Greater Vancouver Area, BC
Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Schedule: 40 hours per week
Wage: $32.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Locksmith Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and coordinate the activities of our skilled locksmiths, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of locksmiths.
• Develop and manage daily and weekly work schedules.
• Hire, train, and mentor new employees to ensure high standards of service.
• Estimate and order necessary locksmith parts and supplies.
• Address and resolve work-related challenges and customer complaints in a professional manner.
• Prepare and maintain detailed work progress reports.
• Manage and maintain inventory, including locks, lock parts, and key blanks.
Qualifications:
Experience: A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the locksmith trade is required.
Education: Secondary school diploma.
Skills: Proficient in English, with strong customer service skills.
